Dr. Tobias Korn's dissertation entitled “The Economic Consequences of Political Turmoil” deals with important questions of economic activity in war-torn times. He was awarded the second prize for his work. The jury consisted of professors in the field of development research on the one hand and KfW Entwicklungsbank employees on the other.
